This replacement spider gear kit fits 96-98 Grand Cherokee ZJ and 99-04 Grand Cherokee WJ models equipped with Dana 44 differentials WITH Trac-Lok. Set includes 4 gears, cross shaft, washers, cross shaft bolt, clutch discs and plates. Replaces OE 4856372
